-Because of his heightened senses, he is sensitive to loud sounds and high speeds.

-While using his Tracker ability, it is difficult for him to tell what is in current time and what is flash back or flash forward.  Risk of his mind being trapped in either reality apart from current is high.

-Doesn’t have any healing abilities at all except for basic first aid.

 

Other:

-Trace has a marking on his tail in the shape of an arrow pointing toward the end of his tail.  This is a common marking for wolves.  He also has the common markings in the corners of his eyes as well.

Personality:

Trace is a realistic type of wolf and does go with his instincts more than anything.  While he does sometimes come off as sharp tongued, he does genuinely mean well in most situations.  He tends to keep his emotions to himself as best he can and often snaps when he’s called out on it.  Part of that comes from the wild side of him as a survival instinct.  Since he can see into the past of future, it is hard to tell whether or not the reason why he does act on certain situations is because he saw something or because that’s just how he is.  He also doesn’t seem to like robots of any kind as he shows extreme distrust around them.  Either way, when it comes to his friends, he does confide in them a lot more.  While he rarely shows his weaknesses to anyone, his true colors do show when he is around his friends Caper and Rain. 

 

History:

Like many of the new generation growing up in the time of the Great Exus Raid, Trace’s life has not been an easy one.  He was born in his tribe and was gifted with the power of insight since birth, like his mother Reverie before him.  He was to become the next “tracker” of his village, but when the raid came his home and his family were destroyed and he was taken to the Stern Orphanage.  In part of what happened, Trace grew up with a pessimistic outlook, though mostly realistic.  Though strangely, he seemed to take action and do things that didn’t make sense.  One in particular was picking on a young Jodi Ferret.  There was truly no reason for him to pick on her other than the fact to rouse Nikki into standing up for her.  So it could be argued that the reason why he did it was to give Nikki that sense of purpose once again, but that is still debatable.  When Nikki brought up the idea of escaping the orphanage, Trace refused at first, saying he wasn’t interested in whatever scheme the hedgehog was coming up with.  However, he then agreed to go along with it.  With this attempt, Nikki nearly drowned when they landed in the moat around the fortress and Trace saved her, though they were quickly recaptured.  After the escape attempt failed, an Exus Beast had found a way in the orphanage and with Jodi’s help and a bit of team work (…rather reluctantly on Trace’s part), the kids had managed to stop the bot from terrorizing the orphanage.  After this, Trace and Nikki were able to escape the orphanage by the roof top. 

Using his tracking skills, Trace was able to find the trail to help Nikki find the Freedom Fighters’ base.  However, the two soon found they did not get a long in the slightest and quickly separated.  Not long after that, Trace ran into an Exus Beast, which nearly killed him.  Nikki saved him and the two continued on their journey to find the Freedom Fighters’ base.  Once they reached the road that lead to the base, Trace went his own way, back to his home to find it in ruins.  He confirmed what had happened using his ability to see the past playing before his eyes.  This took a lot out of the little guy being so young at the time and he passed out.  The wolf cub awoke to being carried by Valor Komodo, leader of one of the troops in Former Station Square.  Here was where he met his teammates Caper Wallaby and Savannah Rain and the group became friends as well.  He was also trained by Valor’s older brother and leader of the Former Station Square freedom Fighters, Claymore Komodo.

As they grew, Trace became more skilled in his ability, able to see events in the past more clearly as well as able to decipher more events he saw in the future.  Though he tended to keep the events he saw to himself outside of his team.  After helping Nikki in stopping the Chaos Virus, which nearly everyone was affected, Trace had risked his life to save her again, which he was saved by Valor.  Over the next few days, Trace and his team were able to go on missions on their own and reporting back to Valor.  Devastation struck when Claymore and Caper’s father, Vault Wallaby, were killed by another member of Claymore’s team, Scythe Liger, who quickly took over Former Station Square.  As a result of this, Trace and his team became under cover Freedom Fighters within Former Station Square to protect its citizens.
